First and foremost I think the main question to ask is 'Would I stay here again?' Without pause for hesitation the answer is yes. There is nothing about the photos nor the details that do not give a true and accurate presentation of this villa. It is a luxurious and stylish villa with literally everything that you need, and I'm quite certain that if they didn't have it then they would arrange it for you. Which brings me on to the host, Danica. Not sure I have the words in my vocabulary to describe this woman. A warm, friendly and outstandingly helpful host. We travel a few times a year and have never experienced such great service, and always with a smile. She is helpful and everything runs smoothly all thanks to her. The breakfast is superb and plenty of it, served at a time that suits you. Always plenty of fresh towels and spotlessly clean. Can't fault the villa. Impossible to find fault with Danica. I don't usually bother with writing reviews but felt this place deserved a glowing one as its outstanding.

Wow, so glad we found this place! Perfect location (yes, some stairs up and down from the main street, but otherwise a straight road ) to walk to old town in Dubrovnik. We didn't need to use the bus system or our rental car (mainly got that for the second half of our trip. Did drive it up to the Panorama restaurant instead of taking the cable car. My advice is know how to drive on their roads if you do that) and enjoyed our walks to and from. View is spectacular...pictures don't do it justice. Very comfortable and none squeaky bed with cozy blankets that somehow most European places do not offer or use. Loved coffee (delicious 3 in 1 coffee packets left for us)on the balcony and really everything was great. Host was very easy to communicate with giving excellent instructions there for parking and entering the property and even brought us beach towels to take on our island tour. Definitely would return if in the area again and recommend to others! Thank you!!

The view from our balcony was amazing. The apartment was compact but perfectly sized for 2 of us, being very clean and containing everything needed. Quiet area away from the crowds with lovely small store stocking local produce below the apartment. The bus stop is close by and only 2 stops to Ploce Gate, though it is a pleasant 15min walk downhill enjoying the views. The less energetic may prefer to take the bus back up the hill! Finally, Nik was very helpful and always available for any help and guidance. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay.

This was just a perfect weekend. The hotel has by far the best location. We just could not stop using the amazing outdoor pool built in a rock, direct access to the sea was ideal for us. The view over the sea and the old town is hypnotizing. Super friendly and helpful staff. Not only we got upgraded but also could stay longer in a room as our flight was past the check-out time. Ivana at the reception is a star! The beds are comfy. Breakfast was good. We could not expect more, we felt welcomed and comfortable. We will be back for sure.

Lovely hotel! Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed pillows and sheets. Loads of room and the view from the balcony was stunning. We were visiting with our 14 month old and having an indoor pool was great for her with the super hot weather. We would definitely stay here again.
