The accommodation was well set up for privacy but also to make use of the great shared facilities. After receiving the booking confirmation, Mr Giovanni called me and asked me if I wanted to stay only 1 night. I confirmed. He than said the room was not available and I had to cancel my reservation which I said I would not do. He sent me a written message via booking to inform me the room was not available but he did not officially cancel the reservation on booking.com which the day after asked me to confirm if I did not show up. I would like in the future to the same place which looks very nice but how can I trust them???? 🤔
