We got a very warm welcome by Oriana and Salvatore. They helped us with locations for shopping/food and all our requests. They were very flexible with check-in/check-out. The room was great, high ceiling, AC, window, and very arty/rustic design with personal touches. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. Our room had many lights, so you can arrange any combination that you feel like. The swimming pool has an extra shallow part that was handy and especially enjoyable by our 2 year old son. The breakfast is abundant and tasty with many options/baked goods (different every day). The place is close to supermarkets/pharmacy and a couple of very good restaurants. Just a 10 mins drive to all the pretty beaches. Overall a very enjoyable experience thanks to the hosts, very recommended!

The reception and welcome were ezceptional . both the young man and lady were so helpful. the hotel riom was clean with a great shower and confotable bed. the garden and pool are really good ... there is no restaurant so i was revonended to a local plave 15 mins walk the food was anazing. breakast was lovely especially the coffee. there us a supermarket close by. they have a beach facility called the maldives a bed and sunshade were 25 euro per day i loved this hotel

We loved the exceptional and warm hospitality, the beautifully designed room with comfy bed, amazing breakfasts (best. eggs. ever.), gorgeous pool area with landscaped garden, ability to walk to two charming towns for dinner, close proximity to the sandy beaches (including "Maldives of Salento") on Ionian coast, and Roberta and Linda offering just the perfect recommendations on where to go--whether to a local restaurant, favorite lido, or Tricase's Farmacia Balboa for a killer cocktail while gazing onto an idyllic piazza. Additional pluses: excellent massage, lovely guests met at breakfast, and the cutest four-legged friend, Shela, there to greet your return every day. Already looking forward to the next visit!

the location was very suitable for my purpose, the owners were very nice and I would go back. The breakfast was excellent and the room was nice, not the best decoration but the bed was comfortable and the shower had pressure.

I don't think the staff could have gone further out of their way to make us feel welcome. We arrived without a car and given the hotel's location, we were a bit stuck. The staff went out of the way to source us bikes and even arranged for one of their friends to drive us to and from town one night. We really fancied pizza one day so the owner picked us up some on his way through town to save us travelling anywhere. I honestly can not recommend the hotel enough. The breakfast was also phenomenal and the pools were beautiful.

Palazzo Daniele is located in a beautiful little Italian town in Salento with minimal other tourists. The hotel and the rooms are stunning and the service from the staff is second to none. The food is also incredible and meals can be eaten outside in the beautiful grounds of the Palazzo.
