Lovely house in lovely location in Dutch country side with nice bike rides, but also well located to get to must see places in The Netherlands. We stayed as a family of 10 and we were very comfortable. Owners Alex and Jacqueline were extremely helpful and pointed us in the right direction for restaurants and shopping.

Loved the space. A beautifully modern house easily accommodating our family group of 8 adults. All areas super; kitchen and bathrooms modern and luxurious. We couldn’t fault the accommodation. We were busy revisiting the area so didn’t have time to use the additional options but would love to go back and use the canoes, hot tub and boat. Beautiful area by the canal, quiet, picturesque and easy parking outside.

A beautiful setting in an affluent, serene area of Sassenheim. We had the Loft apartment at the side of the house, opposite an ancient ruined castle, overlooking a quiet waterway. Cosy, romantic and cottage-like. A private (if teeny) sauna & toilet on entering the front door. At the top a little kitchenette with French doors onto a small sun terrace over the canal. Room to lay outside on loungers when sunny, or just sit and relax. Very private, quiet and calm. A large bed squeezed into a space opposite a basin & shower. Cosy, quiet & comfortable, with Netflix freely available. Annemiek, the owner, was just lovely. We hired the (top quality) e-bikes for 2 days which were excellent, well worth paying 3x the cost of ‘City bikes’ and made hilly coastal dune cycling against gale winds a piece of cake. The bikes virtually rode themselves!

It was a wonderful month in Katwijk! 🌟 I want to say a huge thanks to Petra!!! For her attentiveness to guests and hospitality! My family and I lived in this apartment for a month. Insanely cozy, comfortable, quiet apartment on the coast! You can watch the sea from the window! There is a private balcony to the garden! There is a very cool and warm fireplace there!!!! Upon arrival, a huge box of goodies was waiting for us, fresh flowers on the table! Plus! In the middle of our vacation, Petra brought to us a fresh flowers again! ❤️ Fully equipped kitchen! We didn't have enough salad bowls (it was a birthday) So Petra brought us two new ones! You can rent bed linen and towels for the entire period of your stay! Everything and everywhere worked properly! For the children, Petra gave us toys and a big dollhouse! There are two bicycles at the bottom that you can also use for free! Petra reported us a lot of useful information about the town! We left with tears in our eyes, because we really wanted to stay more! But our vacation has come to an end! This is a great flat, a sensitive owner and a great attitude to guests! I give the highest rating for everything! Thank you soooooo much 🙏🏼

Very big plus it's Azzurro Spa nearby of the hotel in the roomprice. Restaurant is really good. Breakfast not fire, but enough.
