Douneside House is located in Tarland, 50km from Aberdeen. Douneside House features views of the countryside and complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Unfortunately, I was unable to take full advantage of the services as I became very ill. My friend did, however, ask for some food items at odd hours and staff was wonderful in providing whatever they could. Everyone was so kind, thank you!

Malmaison Aberdeen is a stunning luxury hotel with sumptuous rooms, a sophisticated brasserie, a diverse spa and endless exquisite designs, style and flair. Excellent resturant and bar facilities. The hotel has a wiskey collection which is second to none. We did request a disabled access room, and this was provided with no stairs to access room. The room was massive and the facilties in in were excellent. We had dinner in the resturant, the meal wwas memorable, with the breakfast on site was really just the best. For aberdeen the hotel is a little bit just out off the city centre but its only about a couple of miles or 10 quid for a taxi to Union street. So, is good base to ave a look at Aberdeen.

Set in 44 acres of gardens and woodland, Thainstone House is just 15 minutes from Aberdeen Dyce International Airport. The hotel has a luxury spa and fitness centre, and a free parking. Beatifull room with lovely bathroom. We booked the master bedroom. Breakfast is good and the staff is very quick with the orders. Spa and swimmingpool are lovely.
