The apartment is completly newly renovated, equipped with a jacuzzi. On the first floor there is a kitchen with a dining table and two sofas. (Very good coffe available) On the second floor is a bedroom with jacuzzi and bathroom. (Netflix is available) The location is pretty close to city center and to the sea. A large selection of restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. All important places are easily accessible. Despite the fact that it is very problematic to park a car in the city, free parking spaces can be found near the apartment.

Despite our late arrival in the evening, the host was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. He not only guided us through the labyrinthine network of narrow roads to reach the place but also assisted us in parking our car in the underground basement. While we still need to figure out our way back to the main road in the morning, the room itself exceeded expectations. It's impeccably clean, warm, and equipped with a complete kitchenette. Notably, there's a distinctive coffee machine provided with pads, allowing us to savor a delightful cup of coffee in the morning.

The location of this apartment is excellent. It is just 1 minute away from the train station which serves Pompeii (10 minutes away) and Sorrento (20 minutes away). I also took a boat trip from the port and explored the Amalfi coast for 50 euros. You can also take a ferry to Capri. Castellammare is a really affordable solution to explore the Amalfi Coast but what I particularly liked is that I felt I was in a real, authentic Italian town. Lots of bars, restaurants and supermarkets near by. The apartment is very well equipped, very clean, very comfortable with very responsive hosts. I loved my 4 days there and would not hesitate to book the apartment again. As a lone female traveller I felt very safe in the area. I absolutely loved staying here.

We felt very welcome! We got clear instructions how to reach the place. Maria and her family were awaiting us with home-made limoncello. They we're are warm, super-friendly and helpful! We had everything we needed. The bed was extra comfortable and we had very good night sleep. The location is great base for sightseeing - close to Pompei, well communicated with Neapoli, Sorrento and Amalfi Coast. The ferry to Capri starts here as well! (Maria - appreciate your advice here) The apartament was clean and had very pleasant smell ☺️
