We received the keys from the owner, but when it came time to hand in the keys, we didn't have the lockbox number, and my phone died, so we left the keys one the counter. We couldn't lock on leaving, but it was safe. Excellent location. Lots of potential. We were disappointed, there was no coffee machine or coffee (Keurig), Tea. Very limited utilities. No TV as far as we knew, but we enjoyed Netflix. A "manual" would help. There was also no way to control the temp, it was a bit to cool fro us. Perhaps a fireplace cabinet would brighten up and warm the place. Location was perfect, a few blocks from my mother, who we were visiting. Bathroom amenities were good, nice towels, etc.

The host was very accommodating and we loved being able to be all together yet have our own space as well. I would love to come back to Canada and stay here again.
