The location is amazing and it was so awesome to have a garage space. We parked our car when we arrived and didn't drive again until we left. All of the attractions of the city are within easy walking distance. The apartment is bright, spacious, and very clean. There is even a washing machine and an outside drying rack which were so appreciated.

Casa da Moeda is situated in Évora, 500 metres from Chapel of Bones, 600 metres from Roman Temple of Evora, as well as 500 metres from Inquisition Palace. Ana, the owner, came to meet me and then drove me to show me where I could park my car for free! It was amazing that she did this! And there really is free parking, just not right in front of the house. But very close.

A beautifully presented and maintained small traditional house in a quiet village near Monsaraz. The house is renovated to modern standards and with its extremely thick walls and double glazed windows is comfortable and quiet. The host is very charming and helpful. Parking is directly outside the front door which means you block the whole narrow street - not many places you can do that and it be ok!

It was fun to stay in this medieval village and explore it in the quieter evening hours. The owner is very friendly and met us when we arrived to give us the keys and a tour of the apartment.

The location was perfect for walking inside the walled city. The house was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. Really appreciated having a washing machine and clothesline. There was a lot of attention to detail to make sure we had a great stay!
