This is a great Spanish brand hotel with huge rooms. It went beyond our expectations. The staff were so helpful and kind. As we arrived on my daughters birthday, they gave her a thoughtful little gift and gave us an upgrade with connected rooms. The location is perfect...an 8 min walk to the main entrance of Disneyland. We added breakfast which had both western and Chinese food...it was good.

Definitely the Bed and the room. So comfortable. I can sleep all day. Location is in Pudong but subway train is around 10 mins walking. Shopping centre across the hotel. The shuttle bus to Disneyland and Airport are very convenient. They have a timetable next to the reception

El hotel es precioso, con detalles cuidados. Las habitaciones eran lujosas, muy amplias, con espacio suficiente para estar cómodos y muy limpias. El desayuno muy bueno. Lo mejor, el trato del personal, hablaban inglés, te proporcionan información sobre qué hacer y te piden taxi para tus traslados. Cerca del centro y del aeropuerto de Pudong, alrededor de 30 min en taxi.
