What I liked most was the staff. They were all so friendly and accommodating. We had an issue with the parking garage and they did everything they could to help me. The staff made this place SO nice. I didn’t feel like I was a burden. We felt so welcomed.

Luxury hotel in the middle of Munich old town, and with parking for our car. Staff and facilities are superb; I wish I could have stayed longer.

We like the facilities staff. They took care us about our many requests. The rooms are really good. Sauna and swimming pool are relaxable and comfortable. Restaurant and Bar Montez also rely good, the behaviours of the staff towards us were relly good.

Amazing location, modern and clean.

Beautiful clean room great location

Sam’s Living New York was amazing! The location was perfect - within walking distance to all the main attractions, and the apartment amenities were top notch. We enjoyed the spa-like bathroom with walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub, and the lighting was so cool! Thanks for the great coffee, snacks, and wonderful stay. We will be back on our next trip to Munich.

It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Water temperature great.

Location is great, just few seconds from the ring. Parking is wide, if you have big car or just new driver. Staff as always very grateful and helpful.

Hotel staff was super friendly, everything was perfect

מלון נהדר. הצוות מסביר פנים, חדרים נקיים ונעימים. אומנם זה לא במרכז של העיר אבל תחבורה ציבורית נוחה מאוד שנמצאת על המלון.

Location is ok, near the Metro. The kids were also happy with the fact that there is a nice playground nearby. Wifi is working fine and fast.

Beautiful hotel, staff was amazing
