Accessible Hotels in Naples

The location, the staff and the service.

Its the best option for late flights or early flights

Clean, nice buffet, accessible parking, near port and airport

This hotel is the best location for anybody taking a day tour to Amalfi Coast or a boat ferry to Isle of Capri or hop on bus to Old Town

Was just perfect as we only stayed for 3 days

Perfect location especially when you travel by train everyday for your trip.

The location is in the center and you can reach everything easily. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very good. They gave me a free upgrade to the 30th floor. The room was very nice and big and the best was the view over the whole city, the sea, the Vulcano and Capri. Absolutely amazing!

The location is excellent. You have access to local restaurants, bars, shops and can experience the local italian atmosphere. Also it is well placed if you want to join guided tours. The room was clean and spacious. I totally recommend!

The people in the frontl desk where the best. So helpful and very kind. We alos like the location.

Large room .. in the center of napoli .. great staff

Lovely rooftop breakfast area, both inside and out. Great location. You can walk from the train station if you have minimal luggage. Terrific staff—friendly and helpful. Good breakfast with lots of choice-pastries, breads, cheese, ham, eggs, fruit.

The room was big, clean and convenient, facilities were good enough. The breakfast normal only. The location was also good. And the staff were very polite and helpful.

Staff was excellent, location was close to everything I wanted to see in Napoli and a hotel was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Good location next to a Metro station and easy walking distance to several attractions.

Awesome hotel perfectly located in the center of the city, with walking distance to all main attractions and landmarks. The staff is absolutely amazing, especially Paolo at the reception and the lady at the breakfast area who speaks a lot of languages. The room was clean and very modern-looking. The internet was stable and fast. The breakfast was very good with a lot of different options.

Superb location, next to the Maradona stadium, close to the Campi Flegrei train station Lots of free parking space Beautiful interiors. Simple yet very elegant Professional staff Quality food at breakfast Coffee is very strong (it may be a negative for some) Efficient cleaning, and good amenities in the room Bidet!

Cozy sound proof room. Friendly staff. Great central location. Our room had 2 balconies, with great views of Naples.

Checking in was a breeze. 24 hr room service and beds were perfect for my preference. Breakfast selection was extensive to suit everyone’s taste. The baggage storage was a plus, they let us store our bags even after check-out.

Position. The rooftop and the view. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Excellent value for the money. The staff was exceptional. They were courteous and very helpful the location put it 8 minutes out to reach the airport and a 10 minute walk to a metro station to get to the old town. The rooms were pristine clean and well equipped. We ate at the restaurant and the meal was excellent and the prices reasonable

The property balcony has a beautiful view of the sea with amazing sun rises and excellent sun set view. Cornish for a relaxing walk and the breakfast had a lot of sweet treats.

Very grandiose, classic, "old school", marbled property. Absolutely gorgeous. Like an old villa or estate

Very good experience in general. Very valuable to have parking if you rented a car. Just impossible to park outside. Spacious room for a family of 3.

The worker was super friendly and welcoming

What an exquisite experience. Thank you Decumani Hotel De Charme, we arrived into Naples and our other hotel let us down but we think it's a blessing the beautiful facilities and the exquisite breakfast will be in our minds, a beautiful unforgettable experience.

The room was very nice, quite and clean. It was also more spacious than it looked in the pictures. The location is very central. The staff was very firendly and helful. They let us put our luggage in their storage room before our check-in and also th next day when we checked out. This was a great help and I really appriciate it.
