Té una molt bona localització per anar fins els parcs, per anar a Disneyland Tokyo pots anar directament amb un bus gratuït des de l'hotel i tornar-hi igual, per anar a DisneySea has d'agafar el bus gratuït i anar amb el monorail. Dins de l'hotel hi ha una botiga Disney i una botiga de conveniència on venen menjar, cables pel mòbil, coses d'higiene...
