Everything was amazing from A to Z. The staff are very helpful and happy all the time . The hotel is great and deserves more than 3 stars. The suite i reserved was fabulous.. something i never experienced before.. to have a private swimming pool in my suite in the seventh floor is something you all should try.. i really recommend this hotel, specially the suite with the private swimming pool...

House keeping very good . not like other places where they stalk you for tips . location : perfect walking distance from shops 5 riyal two huge markets across road , can buy plates , spoons and breakfast stuff even nice pizza . price for stay is very reasonable in keeping with properties near by . best place for long stay . but buy your own crockery as studio apartment not equipped. but they will provide you with some items very nice housekeeping, very cooperative. good value for money .you can ignore small things like noisy air conditioner. As housekeeping will help you with utmost things . I have stayed in other places in al Naseem district but this was best stay . highly recommended to travelers to Jeddah if they want home far home

The receptionist helps me alot with my room and very accomodating. The room is spacious and very comfy, overlooking the busy roads nice in the evening. The hot pool was relaxing and the the attendant Mr. Liton is very helpful. Breakfast had variety of food to choose and waiters have warm welcome when we enter.
