The hotel mainly serves two potential costumers- passengers/air crew who need airport hotel or tourists that want to visit the Jersey Gardens mall and stay close to it. For both it provides an excellent solution. The hotel is pretty close to Newark airport and within a walking distance from the mall. It offers a shuttle service from the airport that start running quite early in the morning. We used this service which was very helpful and easy to find. We got to the hotel and were greeted by a very welcoming staff who tried to see if we could get a room very early in the morning, offered us an available room but not what we ordered so we chose to wait. We got our room as soon it was ready and before check in time which was very appreciated. The room itself is very big for the two of us and so was the bathroom. It was clean and really had all that we needed. To be honest, I didn't expect it to be as good as it was, but its a pretty good hotel. Breakfast was very good with a variety of food to choose from, clean breakfast area, not too crowded and the dining area staff were excellent. We stayed at the hotel for two nights in order to visit the mall and it was exactly what we needed- a short 3min walk to the mall from the hotel, a clean room and a good breakfast to start the day. As I already mentioned, I didnt expect it to be such a good hotel but we had an awesome stay in a place with an excellent service that offers very good rooms and provides you with what you need when you look for a hotel in that location. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, they have the best hotel gym I’ve ever seen. The room was starting to show its age a bit but was still very comfy and clean.

It was close to Airport and the staff very helpful. The hotel is always very clean and pleasant atmosphere. You never have to wait long for the shuttle bus and driver very helpful.
