We stayed here as we had an early departure from San Francisco airport. It is a little way from the airport but the free shuttle offered by the hotel means this is not an issue at all as it goes frequently to and from the airport and is very easy to catch. The staff were all very courteous and helpful, the room was great and we looked into the central atrium which was great. The blackout curtains were especially brilliant. Would stay here again without hesitation.

After a long flight from Dublin we were keen to have a comfortable room and bed - which the hotel amply provided. It seems a good, solid hotel that's been around a while. Would be amazing for plane spotters with a view from our window straight across to the end of the main SFO runway - and yet there was no noise! There are a number of restaurants nearby for an evening meal but nothing in the hotel. The breakfast was great though - loved the waffle machine! Nice walk by the water of the bay in the evening and morning. Appreciated the shuttle bus to/from SFO.

The beds were so comfortable the pillows were absolutely fluffy clean and just overall the room was amazing,also the shower was the best shower I’ve seen in a hotel for a while the pressure was just amazing. We had a great refrigerator coffee daily and the best part I got my deposit minutes after checking out

There’s no breakfast and the guilty it’s the COVID measure’s. Every restaurant in the city is open so this excuse isn’t plausible. The morning guy at the desk was rude, unprofessional. The other guy, already in the middle of morning was polite as the manager who attends me when I arrived.

The staff were so so kind, I got off my 11 hour flight during which I had food poisoning and they kindly helped me find a banana which I could try to eat, at about 11PM at night! The location was so helpful to the airport, the facilities were excellent - loved the guest laundry. The rooms were also so so comfortable.
