Located alongside the serene Pravets Lake, just thirty minutes away from Sofia, Hyatt Regency Pravets Resort in Bulgaria offers an exquisite experience for both business and leisure travelers. March 2025. I give the Hyatt a full five stars. My stay was perfect. I enjoyed the food the most. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. Having stayed at the hotel several times, I had the impression that the quality had improved. The minor issue that the restaurant staff is poorly trained and speaks very little English doesn't change my rating.

Rila Hotel Borovets is located in the heart of the first mountain resort in the Balkans - Borovets, 43 mi from Sofia. Perfect location - you can start skiing right from the entrance to the hotel. Ski pass and equipment you can buy inside the hotel. Good breakfast and dinner (with an amazing mountain view). We also asked for the birthday package for our daughter - and it was really great (includes beautiful cake with candles, lemonades and gift - all for extra payment). The pool was a really good activity for the evening. We and our kids (aged 4 and 10) really enjoyed the stay, and we would be happy to come back again.

Located in Koprivshtitsa, a 13-minute walk from Todor Kableshkov Memorial House, Armaco Residence provides accommodations with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. I wish I could give a "20" for this hotel, but I can only do a "10". Such a well designed place! - Staff - All the staff are awesome and very kind people. They welcomed us with a glass of prosecco at the check-in. We needed a few small things during the stay and everything was served in a very high professional manner. - The hotel is a piece of Art - hand painted doors and windows with bulgarian "shevica" elements. Colorful ceilings in style that comply very well with the Koprivshtica town architecture. Incredible paintings of one of the bulgarian famous artists Peter Mitchev - "Pedro". - The food - We tested most of the dishes from the menu. Everything was so delicious and prepared by the hands of a "Master Chef". A food-art which is a pure pleasure for all of your perceptions. One little remark here to make is that the size of the portions is a little bit smaller, but I assume it is somehow expected for such an experience. However, if you go for a 3 course dinner, it is still completely enough to get you filled. - The SPA - Clean, modern interior, warm water pools, relaxing music... Everything you need for your relaxation. I tried the flotation capsule and it was very refreshing (it is charged additionally). - The Room - Soft and clean sheets with a comfortable mattress (at least for us). They gave us water with coffee and 2 little bottles of red and white wines as a compliment (a bottle is enough for 2 glasses) :). - Prices - We think that the hotel offers prices that are relevant to the quality of the whole experience. It's definitely worth it and will come back again.

Featuring a free spa, an indoor pool with mineral water and an outdoor pool, SPA Complex Belchin Spring has a restaurant, fitness center, bar, and free WiFi. Beautiful hotel, great spa, very comfortable, delicious breakfast, calm atmosphere, attentive staff. Dinner is also delicious, but a bit pricey in Bulgarian terms.

All Seasons Apartments Iglika 2 offers accommodations in Borovets, 29 miles from Vitosha Park and 26 miles from Gate of Trajan. Everything was great and Diana was excellent would definitely stay again in the future

Featuring a restaurant and a bar, Hotel Etropolia is located in Etropole. Featuring a fitness center, the 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. I recently stayed at a Hotel Etropolia, and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The hotel has the perfect blend of historic charm and modern facilities The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Iglika Hotel & Villas is located in the center of Borovets, only a 5 minute walk away from both the Martinovi Baraki Elevator and the Sitnyakovo Express Gondola. Nice and modern hotel and facilities. Very good breakfast.

Located right between the chair elevator and the drag elevators, Ice Angels Hotel has a remarkable location. It offers rooms with fireplace, views on the slopes and free Wi-Fi. The parking area is next to the hotel. Very descent buffet breakfast and dinner. There’s an all day restaurant and drinks area with large windows facing the skiers and the beautiful mountains. Walkable distance to the center of Borovets. The room was spotless clean so was the bathroom!!! There is a mini bar and a coffee kettle in the room. I had a very relaxing massage and there is a sauna and a steam bath available. Very polite personnel at the restaurant!

Alpin Borovets, Алпин Боровец is a small luxury hotel, just 66 feet away from the pistes in the center of Borovets, one of the most popular ski resorts in Bulgaria. Excellent location.
