The fresh coffee and tea was a very nice touch. Hot tub was perfect with a great view of the mountains.

Great restaurants and a superb view - unique in many ways. Breakfast was an pleasant experience, especially with the baked goods that you can freely take out, which incentive to do so by the friendly staff. Main restaurant has great food and expert waiters/waitresses that explain all detail to you. Beds were very comfortable and room very adequate. Even though the hotel is not that new, everything looked very modern.

Close to Calgary and Banff. The hotel was cozy, comfortable and clean in a peaceful place with Beautiful scenery.

I loved the beautiful detail they put into the rooms. Absolutely stunning. This hotel is definitely a gem. The bed was very comfortable as well. I also like how they put automatic under mount lighting on the night stands and bathroom vanity. Very convenient for when you have to use the washroom in the middle of the night. The comfort level and cleanliness were spot on as well. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The gentlemen who checked us in was the most friendly, welcoming and accommodating front desk clerk I’ve ever come across. This was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. I will definitely be back.

Set in Banff, Alberta region, Peaks Hotel and Suites is situated 1.1 km from Banff International Research Station. Great location in Banff, a little of the main busy area but very central. Was walking distance to Banff Springs hotel where we were attending a wedding. Big, comfortable and clean room. Easy paid parking under the hotel. Was quite pricey, but then everywhere is expensive in Banff in August!!
