The gorgeous Guangzhou Langham Hotel is just a 2-minute walk from Pazhou International Exhibition Centre. The hotel staff was exceptional. Everything about the Langham hotel is always amazing. The ambiance, service, and attention to detail are always out of this world. A special thank you to SPLA. On our 1st day of arrival, he helped us with a cab driver who had overcharged us, from the airport to the hotel. He was extremely attentive, and from that night, he went over and above the call of duty to make sure that we're comfortable and don't lack for anything. He made us feel at home. Him and his colleagues made sure to organize and keep our luggage because we had to travel to another province for 2 days.They kept it safe for us until we returned. Krystal the guest relations officer was also amazing. Almost every morning she would make sure we get to our correct destinations, translating for us. She would also make amazing recommendations for us, she speaks good English. She made us feel at home. Kervin, I think he's a supervisor or manager, was also so kind to us. Overall this is the reason why I always choose to stay at the Langham, when I'm in Guangzhou. Their hospitality never lacks. It's a good hotel, with amazing personnel that make you feel at home.

Sheraton Guangzhou Hotel completed an extensive renovation in 2022 through a design philosophy that follows contemporary aesthetics and community ambience. Courteous and pleasant service, provided transportation services to the canton fair.

The breakfast was wonderful,the buffet consist of both continental and intercontinental.The staff attendance to guest was wonderful especially receptionist 12. Will definitely lodge again in my next visit .

I was surprised to find the hotel located in an oasis right at the heart of Guangzhou. The green, nature friendly vibe was definitely a plus plus, and the views are spectacular - you could see the Canton Tower very vividly from the riverside. Not all the staffs speak fluent English but they were supportive during our stay. The architecture was Ling-nan influenced with some modern twists, really loved the details. Food was impressive too.

Готель Jumeirah Guangzhou, спроектований КCA, розташований у самому серці центрального ділового району, за декілька кроків від фінансового центру та розважального комплексу GT Land Winter Plaza. I am really happy with my stay here! I came with my mom(60 years old) and she has always been picky with the accommodations. But she loves this hotel!!! The room is incredible beautiful, love the cozy vibe and the fresh flowers which adds a little bit to the atmosphere. The service here is wonderful! Everyone seems happy with their jobs, when I talked to them they smiled and responded nicely. TBH you don’t see this level of service a lot in Guangzhou, comparing with other hotels. Well if you’re looking for any honest feedbacks here I would say this hotel worths your money!
