They helped with sorting out walks, arranged free shuttles from and to the city center, and we could have a good talk at the bar about Georgian history. And what was amazing for us: my wife forgot her hat in the hotel, the staff let us know, and transported it via plane to Tbilisi to have it delivered at our hotel there. Never had a service like this.
