During my recent island hopping trip, I visited several lesser-known islands but also ended up in Kos Town for a day. On a previous trip two years ago I had already been here and remembered an excellent hotel in the town centre (within walking distance of the harbour). Incredibly, on my previous trip, I had only stayed here for one night, and yet Christy, the young lady at the reception, recognised me. What a memory! Not only for that, but the service at the reception is excellent. The ideal staff in the right place! The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I loved the interior. The bathroom and toilet were also very clean. The sitting area had a sofa that could seat three people. However, there was only one chair in the room. Tea, coffee, a kettle, and water are provided. I especially remember the excellent breakfast buffet with many choices! Since I had booked for only one person, there was only one bottle of water in the room (at other places, as a solo traveller, I always received two bottles in a double room, but perhaps I was spoiled).

Brand new hotel by the beach with an amazing pool and lounge area. The architecture of the hotel is 👌Make sure to get a swim-up room! Was very well priced when we got it, felt like a steal.

Facing the beachfront, Paralos Kyma Dunes Adults Only offers 5-star accommodation in Mastichari and has a garden, private beach area and terrace. AMAZING location, very nice design of the whole property (rooms, pools, restaurant etc.) The beach is beautiful, the pools are very clean, food is good, staff is attentive. If possible, get a room with direct access to the pool from the terrace, those rooms have a sea view and are just amazing in the late afternoon/evening to watch the sun go down.

Sunbeam has a private beach area, shared lounge, a terrace and bar in Kardamaina. Lovely room, comfortable bed, great staff.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The service was impeccable, and the facilities provided were top-notch. Each member of the team was courteous and went out of their way to ensure my stay was perfect. Theros All Suite Hotel is truly a little paradise on the island of Kos, and I am certain that I will visit it again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation.

My husband and I stayed at Lango Design Hotel & Spa in Kos from July 7th to July 9th, booking through Booking.com, and it was truly one of the best vacation experiences we’ve ever had. The hotel is perfectly located in the Lambi Beach area, just a short 10-minute drive from the Ferry Port and literally steps away from the sea—separated only by a quiet road. We arranged our transfer through the hotel, and the warm and friendly front desk team greeted us with big smiles. To our delight, they surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to Room 105—the only room with a private pool and direct sea view. The room was absolutely beautiful, and the private pool was a lifesaver during the hot days we spent on the island. We also enjoyed relaxing on the balcony overlooking the sparkling sea—simply magical. One of the highlights of our stay was dining at Koan, the hotel’s Michelin-starred restaurant for 2025. We had an incredible dinner with live music, exceptional service, and delicious fusion seafood mezes alongside unique and flavorful dishes. The restaurant’s atmosphere, combined with the staff’s warmth, made it an unforgettable evening. Special thanks to Alexandra, the restaurant manager, who was outstanding—always smiling, polite, and full of great recommendations. The hotel’s breakfast buffet was equally impressive, with an incredible variety that catered to every taste and dietary need. From cheeses, charcuterie, and traditional Greek specialties to niche products like thyme honey, locust tree honey, and chestnut honey—it was beyond expectations. They even offered almond milk cappuccinos, kefir, fresh fruit, and healthy oatmeal options. The attention to guests’ allergies and dietary preferences was impeccable. We also enjoyed tasting local Kos wines—affordable and delicious—and spent time at the hotel’s beautifully designed spa and public pool area. The entire hotel is adults-only, which added to the serene and sophisticated atmosphere.

Featuring 3-star accommodation, Astron Suites & Apartments is situated in Kos Town, 300 metres from Lambi Beach and 300 metres from Kos Port. The staff is extremely helpful and cute!! The pool in the roof is stunning especially during the sunset. The rooms are large, spacious, and clean. Also, the location is very close to the center but still manages to be quiet and peaceful. They also allowed us to leave our luggages and take a shower inside after doing the checkout. I literally adored this place :)

Close enough to town, but a fantastic calm location set inside a beautiful garden estate. Clean, fantastically fresh with the AC. Every amenity taken care of. Sun loungers to bench swings. Cooking appliances and fridge freezer were perfect.
