The frontdesk, hotel lobby and security staff were very polite and helpful. Our rooms are cleaned and tidy daily without fail by the housekeeping staff. The breakfast had many varieties. Staff are friendly though I did make several requests and a few had to be reminded but all in all they did upkeep to my requests. I got to compliment the housekeeping staffs though, I requested for my room to be cleaned up and they done it in front of me within 5 minutes.

Holiday Inn Resort Batam offers spacious suites, just 25 minutes by car from Hang Nadim Airport. Clean room and courteous staff. We enjoyed our stay. We had food at the teppanyaki place and the Thai restaurant - food was excellent. Shout out to the lady at the teppanyaki, who was friendly and went out of her way to deliver the food that we couldn't eat, to our room. The pool was excellent and the place was lively with kids shouting about :) Will definitely return.

Swiss-Belinn Baloi Batam is a stylish hotel in Lubuk Baja. The hotel is a 10-minute drive from Batu Ampar and Harbor Bay ferry terminals. Hang Nadim Airport is a 30-minutes drive. Reception were very friendly and helpful. They provided recommendations on shopping and eating nearby.
