Tailana Island Pulau Banyak has a garden, private beach area, a shared lounge and terrace in Alaban. The property features a bar, as well as a restaurant serving Asian cuisine. We had a wonderful time in Tailana! The island is paradisiac and it's easy to snorkel around it because there's almost no water current. Also, you can wear whatever type of bathing suit you feel comfortable wearing here. The facilities are beautiful and a great compromise between comfort and adventure. Beds are great, the bungalow was clean and spacious, the mosquito net is probably the best one we've encountered in our trip so far, toilets were always clean, and we really enjoyed the open-air coconut shower. The manager Thomas and his helper Lukas are very friendly people, and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We also loved the food. Edo is such a talented cook, and he didn't mind us watching every step of the preparation of our meals and asking him lots of questions. We would definitely come back to this place because the whole experience was beautiful.

Grand City Hall Hotel & Serviced Residences is situated in the heart of Medan. It is next door to the Bank Indonesia Complex. Facilities and room very nice, breakfast really good. Perfect location.

Facing the beachfront, Lampung Marriott Resort & Spa offers 5-star accommodation in Lampung and features a garden, private beach area and terrace. We had a widespread of food each morning at the breakfast hall, buffet style catering to western and Indonesia tastes with slight changes in the menu from day to day. The team at the breakfast hall went out of the way to put together double shot lattes with latte art, special menu items and also surprised us with a really delicious Soto Betawi! We arrived on a wednesday night and the resort was relatively quiet but it started to fill up with more guests towards the weekend. Despite so, all the service crew were extremely hospitable and none of them shy away from hosting my family and I, we appreciate the warmth and their efforts to go beyond!

Located in Bukit Lawang in the Sumatra region, GRANDMA GUEST HOUSE including jungle Trek features a terrace. It was great staying in Grandma guest house! If you want to stay in a place with local people and have good memories with them, this is the one! Yusuf and his family are really friendly and they are always available to help you with what you need. I spend also some time with the kids from his foundation (kolibri house) and it was really nice to meet and be with them :) Thank you for all your kindness!

Situated in Hilibotodane, a few steps from Sorake Beach, Dolin Cottage features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a private beach area and a shared lounge. Dolin and his family are wonderful people. We instantly felt at home. The rooms are very nice, the view is insane and the food, especially the fishtaco's, are to die for. We recommend this place 100%!!!
