Really nice breakfast, very cordial and helpful staff. Super clean property through and through. Bit far out from the Puebla centre but it’s reachable by car/ uber easily. Also has a premium outlet mall right opposite to the hotel. We loved it.

The Holiday Inn Puebla La Noria is located 5 minutes from the Angelópolis Shopping Center and 10 minutes from the Historic Center. We had a marvelous stay. The skyline views were stunning, and room 2408 was absolutely mind-blowing. The staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive, always ready to assist with our needs. We did have a minor issue with the Wi-Fi; while I could connect my laptop, we couldn't get our four mobile phones online. However, the excellent service more than made up for it. Truly world-class staff.

It's an extremely beautiful location that overlooks to the mountain, you can hear the river flowing in the background. The place itself and the rooms are very elegant. The food was amazing as well. The staff was accommodating, nice and helped us with guidance of local information.
