Nice place, nice breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. It is a new boutique hotel that is very reasonably priced and very clean. The rooms are nice if a bit small, but the one thing to remember is, be sure you are asking for a room with a window if that is important to you. It appears there are a fair number of interior rooms that have no window. They are cheaper, but that would be an unpleasant surprise if you aren't prepared for it. Pretty good location, all in all a very budget friendly, nice place. No bar yet though, but they do have a good restaurant.
