I was initially checked into a room with a poor wifi connection. I requested a change of room which the receptionist actioned immediately. I don't have her name but she went above and beyond to look after my comfort. The second incident was when I required 25 copies of a document for a workshop that i was conducting at the hospital. Mr Abdul got the documents printed in no time thus saving me a lot of trouble as I would've had to roam around the city for a printer. Both staff members were thoroughly professional and looked after me in a very polite and impeccable manner.
