Great location, very clean room, good breakfast

Everything was excellent: the breakfast was great, the staff were very attentive and helpful, its location is perfect, and if I could give it more than 10 stars - I would. I’ve been to a number of places with medical spa and mineral water (like Karlovy Vary, Marianske Lazne, etc) and my stay in this hotel was absolutely superior to any of these places. It was one of my best experiences with hotels and we will definitely be back.

Wonderful hotel in wonderful place. We checked into the hotel in the evening and there was no one at the reception except the security guard. he was very nice and gave us the keys to our room and a kettle, and in the morning we officially checked in. Since we were in Dzherik off-season, they changed our room for free to a suite with a magnificent view. Best view in Jermuk 🤭 nice personal. Tasty breakfasts. Clean rooms with view. Good Wi-Fi

Excellent hotel, great value. Treatment procedures were very relaxing, staff was excellent. Food was healthy and there was always a good selection of salads and other meals.

Friendly stuff and wonderful treatments

Great mini apt. Super cozy. Lovely oners. We forget power bank in the room when we check out,and owner drive 2 km to find us on the road hitching (missed maršutka) so he can give it Tu as back.

My friend and I came from New Zealand, we wanted to see Jermuk whilst in Armenia and it's our favourite small town in the world. Words can't convey how beautiful and magical this part of Armenia is. Jermuk Moscow Health Retreat was so wonderful that we've stayed 2 extra nights. The rooms were spacious, clean and amazing views. The buffet style food is fantastic, compliments to the chef and his team. Both of us are vegetarians. The treatments were incredible. The staff are so lovely, jolly and kind. we met some beautiful people at the retreat too. We enjoyed getting our daily hot spring water. sometimes we'd take the mini bus provided by the hotel, sometimes we'd walk through the park alley, which is only about 15 minutes. The building itself is grand, with chandeliers and plants everywhere. We came back to Yerevan inspired and rejuvenated. Now dreaming of Jermuk and coming back one day.

From the moment I arrived, I could tell this hotel was special. The staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in quick and easy. The hotel had a perfect balance of luxury and comfort in every detail. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. One of the best parts of my stay was the stunning heated pool area. It was the perfect spot to relax. The hotel also has an amazing library. It’s a peaceful, cozy place with a great selection of books, both classic and modern. I spent hours reading and enjoying the quiet. The restaurant exceeded my expectations, offering fresh and delicious dishes. The staff were attentive without being overwhelming, making each meal enjoyable. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. Every staff member went out of their way to ensure my comfort and made great recommendations for things to do. Overall, this hotel has it all—luxury, comfort, great service, and amazing amenities like the pool and library, game zone. I highly recommend it and will definitely return on my next visit to Jermuk.

The house is located in the very center of the city, it is very comfortable and very clean. I am very pleased with both the owner and the house.
