Lovely family hotel with an amazing location. It is on the mountain and has great view. Easy to get to Lienz city, to the Grossglockner High Alpine Road or even to Italien Dolomites for a day hiking. The hotel is run by one family, they are very kind and helpful, the restaurant on site offers great, tasty local dishes. The room is huge, very clean.

We liked everything about the apartment - it was very spacious, beautifully designed and well-equipped and had a wonderful balcony with mountain view. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Large apartment, impeccably clean, tastefully furnished and decorated. Large terrace with table and chairs/sun loungers - it's so big you could even ride a bike on it. The bed is large, medium hard - very comfortable for us, but it's a matter of taste. The kitchen is packed up to the roof with everything you can need, including coffee pods in quantity sufficient for the whole stay. Shops, restaurants, railway and bus terminal - all within walking distance. Total silence at night. We had a wonderful time here, thank you.

This old hotel in the pedestrian precinct in Lienz is a real gem. While the hotel is very old world, the rooms are nicely renovated and very comfortable. The breakfast spread in the dining room was superb and the hotel's sauna and pool area is a great place to relax at the end of the day. The view over the city and of the rugged mountains is amazing. I rate this hotel as the best value for money of any accommodation that I have booked during 8 weeks in Europe. It is also located only 5 minutes walk from the station which makes it very easy if you are traveling by train.

Great apartment in the heart of town and with parking! Huge space with everything you would want.

The apartment is indeed very large, in fact it is a house with four bedrooms (eight beds) on the upper floor and two common areas, including a terrace at the back. It is suitable for various combinations, for a large family, two families or a group of friends. The location is central and only a few minutes by car from the ski slopes. It is very well equipped and very clean. The host is very friendly.

It was nice to have a lot of small Nutellas :). Also the coffe machine was excellent. The app was very clean. There is floor heating which is nice as well.

It was very clean and the owner was very friendly and helpful. It was in the top part of the house and because it was very hot, there was an air conditioner which we used a few times. The walk to the main part of Lienz was only 10 minutes, very convenient.
