Very good hotel, especially for transit travellers. The 24-hour automated check-in is the best idea, very simple and convenient. The location is excellent, close to the motorway and perfect for an overnight transit stay. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

We really loved these apartments! Everything was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a great stay. Having a private parking space was also a huge plus. ​Special thanks to the host for being so helpful — when we couldn't find the apartment late at night (around 10 PM) because the building complex is a bit tricky to navigate, the host answered our call right away and guided us through over the phone. ​A detailed step-by-step check-in guide for future guests would make finding the door even easier, but overall we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this place!

Reasonable prices, cleanliness, very warm and nicely decorated rooms, free parking, comfortable beds and friendly staff. It is reasonably far from the city centre, but if you're traveling by car you won't have any issues. The breakfast was delicious and despite being in the basement, the dining room was lovely and comfy. If you get a room on the street side, you'll have to close the curtains for some privacy due to the apartment building next door. On the bright side, despite our room being on the street side, it was pretty quiet.

Ideal location for exploring Graz and the Steiermark - 300m from an S Bahn station with two trains an hour each way. Easy access to Slovenia; if one books well in advance, there are incredibly reasonable fares to Maribor and Lubljana on the OeBB website. Comfortable, large room and good restaurant. The breakfast buffet is exceptionally varied - the best on my tour The home made gateaux deserve a special mention!

Communication considering our delayed check-in comforted our flight disasters. The location gave us advantages for reaching the A9 autobahn and Red Bull Ring F1 race in Speilberg. The room was larger than expected, the bed comfortable and the bath clean. Our breakfasts were fresh and coffee was available on demand with our preferences for espresso and cappuccino. We ate our dinners out simply, nearby - as this area is a hub with the shopping mall, subway, a large bus station, and street trains. We noticed the locals patronizing the Römerstube for soccer games on the enclosed patio while the dinner was quite busy every night. Our adventures were encouraged each day by the hotel staff giving us good advice to save our steps. Knowing how well we were being cared for, we paused one evening for dinner in the restaurant. The beef filet was fit for a Wyoming ranch.

Their bed was romantic. This is a perfect place for a honeymoon and romantic night. I loved everything in the apartment. I will recommend it to everyone, and anytime I'm in Graz, I will book this apartment again. Extra clean.

Very spacious apartment with a living room featuring a sofa and double bed, plus two separate bedrooms. Easily accessible by car, very close to the Seiersberg shopping center in Graz, and with quick access to the main roads. Plenty of parking available both in front of the courtyard and inside. Although the apartment is older (which can be seen in the furniture), it is clean, very spacious, quiet, comfortable (beds and pillows are very comfortable), and well equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils. Offers good value for money. The host, although speaking only German in person, was very friendly — and communication in English via WhatsApp was easy. Late check-in is also available, which was a great convenience. I recommend it — and if we return to the area, we’ll gladly stay here again.

The apartment was good for myself and my family (two adults and a toddler) - it was clean, comfortable and well equipped with new furniture. Kitchen had all the basics and we did not miss anything. There was a good selection of tees and a coffee machine which made good quality coffee. Bathroom was nice and spacious, we used the washing machine several times. Sound insulation was good so no noise could be heard coming from outside. Entry to the apartment was easy because of the detailed instructions we received from our host prior to our arrival. Underground garage is accessible via elevator - huge plus when carrying a lot of stuff! Heating was really good considering the fact that outside temperatures were around and below 0 °C for all the days we were there. The outside patio and garden were very spacious and a great place to play in the snow. The location was quite good - even though it was not central, it was close (by car) to a good shopping center and just off the highway and within 6-7 minutes walking distance to a bus stop which can take you directly to city center (bus 32). All in all, lots of good things to say about this apartment, we were pleased with our stay here.

Apartment located in a safe area, very comfortable beds, very quiet area, very clean (except for the container in the espresso machine for collecting used coffee). A big plus for the parking space which is right in front of the apartment entrance door. We used public transport to reach all the sights in the tourist area of ​​Graz. The bus stop is very close (about 400 meters).

The host is friendly and helpful. There is a shopping mall in 15 mins walking distance. Well equipped kitchen. The check in and out is convenient.
