Our room was generous with a bedroom and sitting area. Bed was very comfortable with lovely fresh linen. The staff, who were mostly quite young, were very helpful and enthusiastic about their job; nothing was too much bother. The location of the hotel makes it convenient to everything, especially the Schlossberg.

Great for a stay in the centre of Graz, made better by the exceptional staff throughout the hotel. Short walk from the hotel to the main shopping streets and to the vernacular up to the castle. We had a great room on the top floor in the older part of the hotel and loved the colourful art on the walls throughout the hotel.

  • Hi, I was wondering if all rooms have or I could get a room with bathtub. I also would like to know if the pool works these days. Thanks :)
    Not all the rooms are equipped with a bathtub, but we can certainly assign rooms according to our guests wishes. If you wish to get a room explicitly with a bathtub, just give us a short notice. The Pool is still open until Oktober!

  • Hi, do you have parking on-site or off-site and what is the cost?
    Hello, thank you for your friendly message. We do have a garage that consists of an elevator's system and of course we also have outside parking spaces, all depending on the size of the car. The extra costs are €20,00 per night. Your Schlossberghotel

    Dear guest, we do not serve lunch; we serve snacks, such as soups, sandwich or cold plattes. There are restaurants, which are open on christmas day, but only a few: Santa Clara, L'Osteria, Der Steirer, El Gaucho - please let us know, your preferences

  • Do you allow pets (one dog)? I seem to be getting contradictory results on booking.com
    Certainly we also accommodate our beloved 4-legged-friends. The extra cost for an animal is € 25,- per night.
