We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Steiermarkhof in Graz. The welcome at the reception was friendly and professional, and we appreciated the welcome drink, the nice and clean room, the excellent breakfast, and the free parking in front of the hotel. The hotel is not located right in the city center, but we were just passing through and only needed accommodation for one night, so this hotel offered absolutely everything we needed.

Everything was as we desired. The hotel parking is nicely situated in front of the hotel and in between buildings. A very professional lady at the reception gave us a very warm welcome and explained in detail everything we needed to know about our stay, room and the hotel. Enjoyed at the bar an excellent local Puntigamer beer which was recommended by a very professional lady at the bar. The entrance, lobby, reception desk, bar, shop and restaurant are very nicely designed and arranged. The room and bathroom are very tidy and perfectly clean. The beds are very comfortable, the linen is good quality and the towels are soft. Slept like a baby. :) The breakfast is so perfect that you have to experience it yourself. The girl at the reception at check-out professionally explained all details regarding our hotel bill prior to payment. I will definitely come again as soon as I am in that part of Austria. Very clean rooms and very comfortable!

This is a great hotel beautifully presented, parking and just a few hundred metres walk to the old town through parkland. The only thing better were the staff who are very friendly and so helpful. It was a very hot while we were there so the indoor pool was a real bonus.

Very close to the city center and the room is big

We liked the hotel. As a family of 3 we booked an apartment which was very nice and spacious. The hotel is very well positioned, within walking distance to the center. We travel a lot with our dog and this is by far the most dog friendly hotel we've been to. We really appreciated this. The breakfast is diverse and good.

The building was new, very well designed and clean. We also had the opportunity to one earlier and store our luggage’s for free. The host answered when we needed. This hotel room was the best value for money room I have ever stayed at. Very big room comfortable beds and great location. We also really appreciated the coffee coins! We suggest that 100%. There is also a vending machine inside the building for snacks and water.
