The location in the city center, the stylish room and good breakfast and friendly staff
AustriaI loved the location and the decor. The mood set by the hotel was fantastic. It was very classy and modern. Dark and mysterious, yet cozy and intriguing. The staff was super friendly. Truly, we could not have been in a better place for location. It was absolutely perfect.

Husband was delighted there was a watt bike in the gym! Would recommend and if we were ever back in Graz would love to stay again.

United KingdomOur stay was superb. We are traveling with a 2 year old which can be challenging at times but everything went super well. The room was already prepared with a cot, it was large enough for her to run around. The bar/ restaurant is perfectly lit and the music is only in the background, so we could enjoy a lovely dinner while our daughter was sleeping in the stroller next to us. Further, as we are not big eaters there is the possibility to order breakfast a la carte, as s second option to the buffet. What I would like to mention as well, everyone who is working at Aiola is extremely kind, helpful and authentic. They helped us with reservations for breakfast, dinner, getting us a taxi, providing us with milk at 6 am for our daughter, whatever we asked for, they helped and supported. We will gladly come back.
