Very nice autenthic hotel in the center of Graz, great restaurant, very friendly staff!

This is a great hotel beautifully presented, parking and just a few hundred metres walk to the old town through parkland. The only thing better were the staff who are very friendly and so helpful. It was a very hot while we were there so the indoor pool was a real bonus.

The premises are impeccably clean and showcase a modern, thoughtfully designed décor. The ambiance is both inviting and professional, ensuring an environment that is free from distractions. Furthermore, the location is highly convenient, situated centrally with easy access to numerous business hubs, making it an ideal choice for professionals and visitors alike.

Very clean rooms and very comfortable!

Everything was as we desired. The hotel parking is nicely situated in front of the hotel and in between buildings. A very professional lady at the reception gave us a very warm welcome and explained in detail everything we needed to know about our stay, room and the hotel. Enjoyed at the bar an excellent local Puntigamer beer which was recommended by a very professional lady at the bar. The entrance, lobby, reception desk, bar, shop and restaurant are very nicely designed and arranged. The room and bathroom are very tidy and perfectly clean. The beds are very comfortable, the linen is good quality and the towels are soft. Slept like a baby. :) The breakfast is so perfect that you have to experience it yourself. The girl at the reception at check-out professionally explained all details regarding our hotel bill prior to payment. I will definitely come again as soon as I am in that part of Austria. Thank you Jufa Hotel Graz City Team. Best regards and keep up the good work.

Great location near to the city center. You can go by walk.

Nice rooms, clean, good breakfast.

We liked almost everything about the property. The location was at the heart of city center, the rooms very really spacious and very clean, the breakfast was very good and the staff were super courteous.

Really nice hotel. Location is excellent with great parking. We paid for a surprise gift and we got a room upgrade and sweets as welcome gift, really nice touch. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was really good.

The building was new, very well designed and clean. We also had the opportunity to one earlier and store our luggage’s for free. The host answered when we needed. This hotel room was the best value for money room I have ever stayed at. Very big room comfortable beds and great location. We also really appreciated the coffee coins! We suggest that 100%. There is also a vending machine inside the building for snacks and water.

Room was amazing, really clean and the view was great. The breakfast was really good and there was a lot of options. The staff helped us with anything we asked.

The bathroom was beautifully renovated, the shower head had good pressure and felt good. Bed was comfortable - all in all a very clean inviting room. Staff were very helpful - the breakfast was great, so much variety of food to choose from and the dining area had a nice atmosphere.

Greate location, close to the center plus easy to go for jogging in nature. The staff was very friendly.

Very nice and helpful staff. Clean room. Central localisation.

We liked the hotel. As a family of 3 we booked an apartment which was very nice and spacious. The hotel is very well positioned, within walking distance to the center. We travel a lot with our dog and this is by far the most dog friendly hotel we've been to. We really appreciated this. The breakfast is diverse and good.
