Everything was in perfect order. Room was super clean , mattresses and pillows were the most comfortable I ever slept in a hotel and staff was very friendly and helpful. We travel alongside with a small dog which was treated as a guest as well!

Location was ok almost centre . The bathroom, bed and room in general are amazing. Staff was super friendly. They offered me a coffee. The restaurant itself is super. I recommend Schnitzel.

Hotel Gollner is my go-to place to stay in Graz. Only a 5 minute walk from Jakoniniplatz which is a big transportation hub and another 5 from the city center. Staff is always super friendly and available.

1) The location is ideal since the Palais-Hotel Erzherzog Johann is on the Hauptplatz, making it close to many of the major sites and restaurants. Also, many of trams are available for further exploring. 2) The hotel and rooms are beautiful. They have an historical vibe. We loved our room as it was spacious with a great bathroom. 3) The staff is friendly, welcoming, and engaging.

The room was very spacious and comfy, big windows so very luminous, also clean and neat. Tasty breakfast, nice sauna and relaxing area, gym zone. Kind and polite staff.

Very good breakfast. Lot of options. Tram stop is 2 minutes away but it's not very far away from the center to take a walk either. Staff is very friendly and assist you with everything.
