Nice clean rooms and comfortable beds. Heating and air-conditioning unit worked perfectly. Shower and bathroom nice and quaint.

the hotel has maintained its high standard of accommodation and service over the years. The rooms do not feel old or tired, the food served in the restaurant is excellent, so no need to seek out other restaurants, and the hotel is located over the road from Lake Weeroona. The walk around the lake is easy and a great form of exercise.

Large and beautiful room, clean, staff nice, and cheap location. 10 minutes walking to the centre. Excellent facility.

Great find in the middle of Ballarat. Recently refurbished. Fridge, rea/coffee, milk, fast wifi, comfy bed. All i needed.

An elevator to rooms on the first floor and undercover parking was brilliant! Added to that was a spacious terrace, heated pool and well maintained garden. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, bed comfortable and the bathroom had a large shower and plenty of vanity space. Amazing hosts who could not have been more generous and helpful. The location was outside the CBD which was no problem. Love this motel!!!

Well cleaned and fully equipped suits. Heated blankets were the best part of our stay.
