Perfect and peaceful... Friendly staff who were extremely helpful 🙂

Bethany Cottage sits in a perfect location in the wine growing region of Tanunda. The historic cottage has been restored beautifully in keeping with its history. Everything was catered for and more. It was comfortable. Air conditioning and fans kept the sleeping temperatures to reasonable levels even in 40C heat. i would thoroughly recommend this as a great place to stay. Carol welcomed us, was very friendly and it was clear nothing was too much trouble.

It is like a “jewel in the crown”. It is very clean and spacious. The hosts have supplied everything that you would need . It also caters for people with a disability. Wow is a factor in our opinion. Bread, milk and home made biscuits supplied with amenities such as microwave, bbq , (in the spacious undercover carport) electric blankets to name a few items. Very comfortable home away from home. Information supplied re history of the area, even with a couple of blue wrens visiting us on our arrival. We were only there for a two night stay but would have liked to stay longer. Have intentions of returning in the future.

Ben was very helpful. We were able to check in earlier and drop our things in. Very clean and large comfortable apartment. Bed comfy and great to be able to wash clothes as we were there for 5 nights. Easy walk to main street and grocery store. Very quiet.

We had an incredible stay here, great location with garage for safe parking. The home is spacious and furnished to a high standard, it had everything we needed for a weekend away as a group. There is a master with an ensuite and another main bathroom also which made it easier for a group to get ready daily and the living and social area was huge, also really appreciated the board games provided. The hosts left us some essentials in the fridge and wine which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. They were also available to contact when needed and active with replies

The view was fantastic, the outdoor wood-fire hottub was exactly what I was looking for, and the house was very cozy and warm. The local produce for breakfast was lovely, and the Sable felt like such a personal touch. Coincidentally, my partner and I shared a bottle by a bonfire on our very first date!

Being in a beautiful historic house that was able to accomodate all my family and felt like we were in the country yet able to just walk into the lovely little town of Tanunda.

Almost Everything! The layout of the home was perfect, main bedroom with ensuite seperate to the other 2 bedrooms with their own bathroom. 2 living areas so that there was no fighting over one television - one living room was well equipped with board games. Air conditioning was great and very cool for a hot couple of days. Location was amazing - walking distance to the Main Street including pubs and takeaways. Lovely linen that was soft and comfy. Great to have the basics supplied - toilet paper, handwash, shampoo & conditioner etc. laundry facilities were useful and well used. Full kitchen facilities also was handy and we used it daily. The lovely loaf of Sourdough bread, bottle of wine, juice and milk were lovely to welcome us on our arrival. Loved having screen security doors on the front & back doors to be able to open the house up on the cooler morning and evenings for beautiful fresh air flow throughout the house. WIFI supplied was useful.
