Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean good sized room

The property was great. Enough rooms for 2 families with children, and great to have two separate bathrooms. Staff was very considerate and left the AC on for us as it was a very hot day. The kitchen was very well equipped and had some basic essentials like spraying oil and salt and pepper. They also accommodated our request for a late checkout.

Quick response to a last minute booking and helpful with contact for entry .

Easy check in checkout process, good communication from host and beautiful cottage.

The 3 bedroom house is 12 km from Polkobin and 2 streets from the main Cessnok town - including Woolworths, Coles, Big W, McDonald's, KFC, and Taco Bell. Attention to detail in the house are truly impressive, featuring a fully equipped kitchen. The half-covered outdoor area is a delightful space that even includes a digital piano. The bedding and linens are exceptional. Christmas trees surrounded throughout the property, which provide a nice barrier from the main road. Once inside, you truly feel sheltered and at home. Overall, this accommodation comes highly recommended.

this property was very beautiful the beds were comfortable, it was very clean and had all the things you need for a holiday house .

Our room was spacious and comfy, the self service breakfast was very good. It felt like a top quality luxury hotel. Everything was fresh and the layout was easy to use. The entry and common areas were nicely decorated.
