Accommodation in Mackay

Our stay was very good. The staff is extraordinary friendly. We lost something in the parking area and they sent it to us.

It's good that it's near the airport

Cleanliness and comfortable bed.

Great motel - deserving of its high rating. Arrived early and allowed to check in. All staff really accomodating and kind.

Right from when I walked in and talked too reception was great cheers alot for that!

The bed was soooo comfortable!

The place was comfortable, spotless and very well kept. The staff were friendly, attentive, helpful and always in a good mood, which made everything feel easy. They even helped us organise a taxi early in the morning because the coach had unusual hours. The housekeeping team checked in the next morning to see if we needed anything, which was a lovely touch. Everything worked perfectly and we felt genuinely cared for during our stay. We were there only two days, but we would definitely come back whenever we have the chance.

Lots of room and comfortable bed

Very clean, staff were polite and accommodating

Brilliant staff, friendly and helpful. Even though we were close to restuarant closing time, they were happy to take our order. Wonderful meal Room clean and comfortable. Value for money.

Very clean and well maintained. Parking is directly in front of your door and the width is very generous, so large vehicles fit easily. I didn’t get to use the pool but it was crystal clear and very inviting. I would definitely stay here again

Calm and quiet environment. Dog friendly. Nice atmosphere. Beds were really comfy. Can park your car infront of your cabin.

Clean and well presented. Friendly staff.

Very friendly staff. Our dog was very comfortable in the apartment. Had all the amenities we needed.

Great bed, and shower in airconditioning comfort.

After staying at a much more expensive home 4 days before, Beach Breeze holiday house was so much better. Plenty of bedding, crockery, utensils, board games, garbage bags, cleaning products and so much more. Our family of 6 enjoyed ourselves and were very comfortable. Huge garage, great outdoor areas, washing machine, clothes dryer, clothes line, in fact everything we needed. Pity the tide was out most of the day time, it would have been a 10 out of 10 holiday 😜 but not much we could do about that. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Really nice place, big room and clean. Nice view. Very friendly staff, quick answer after hours. And nice breakfast 😋

Good size room, bed was comfortable.

We had breakfast there every morning it was excellent each time. The size of the meals & presentation was amazing. I would go there for meals even not an in house guest. The live music & pizza on Friday & Sunday night are a real bonus.

Being able to get take out meals from the hotel

Room was very clean. Exceptionally clean. Staff were very friendly. Room was quiet.

Perfect location, neat and cozy apartment.

We stayed here for 1 night and absolutely loved it - the only thing we regret is not having booked more nights here. The young gentleman who checked us in was more than accommodating and super friendly. The rooms are beautiful - recently renovated with beautiful furnishings. It was very clean and location on the beach was perfect. Highly recommend!

It’s fantastic location - so close to accessing the beach and in a quiet location. Very much an away from it all place. We loved it.

Convenient location , clean tidy and friendly staff

Clean and nice bed. Many parking spaces

My room was very clean and the reception people were very kind to me. It was my first time in Mackay, I was lost and they helped me too much with everything. Very grateful for your treatment. I'll definitely be back

Never stayed anywhere this nice in my life. We had just come off of a long bus journey late night and we were more than impressed by the room when we walked in, so clean! The staff were absolutely outstanding, let us order a meal even though their kitchen was about to close (10/10 meal aswell!) and the whole experience was just lovely. You should all be proud of yourselves!

Clean, neat, spacious, well equipped and maintained
