Sensational decor, roomy, extremely comfortable beds and a gorgeous pool area, all within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. My girlfriends came up for a day trip and the owner was there at the time. She offered us extra bedding if they wanted to stay the the night, so they did! So accommodating, thank you!

The motel was very clean. Whilst not ‘up market’, it suited our needs perfectly (we required one night’s accommodation as we were attending a Wedding nearby). A good place to stay; very, very friendly and accommodating Manager; comfortable beds and close to everything.

The warm welcome from the wonderful management team and exceptional service delivery of family team member lending helping hand to our apartment on fifth floor with luggage, the location and the views, the beautiful unit and everything so near and close by made staying at the Spit apartments Mooloolaba a very nice holiday treat indeed!!

We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the unit and found it sparkling clean, almost brand new looking, with comfortable furniture and a great layout. If only all holiday units were this good! We would love to stay here again in the future and highly recommend it. Great location too, quiet, easy walk to the Esplanade etc.

Great location, big renovated 2nd floor unit, with a beautiful view. The complex was clean and tidy and staff were friendly and inviting. This was our second stay at Osprey and we would highly recommend and will make it our go-to accommodation for Mooloolaba

Please do not use this company the standard of accommodation they represent is appalling there follow up on promises is worse than appalling they even charged us a cleaning fee for a discusting apartment we didn't stay in
