The closeness to the beach and bus service

Loved everything about this resort. Our room was was amazing, so spacious, clean, comfortable, luxurious and the room location was impeccable, right next to the restaurant, pools and games room. The kids loved it, as soon as we walked in, our 6 year old son said OMG. Kids also loved that the pool was opened till 9pm, perfect for an after dinner swim. Resort location was great, not in the heart of town but only a few minutes walk.

The location, the pools were well heated and good for the kids.

I likes just about everything. The management - Tom & Kim - were always happy to answer any query & provide any assistance that I needed. I particularly liked the layout of the pool area with the adjacent hot tub. Finally, I very much liked the location of the property being relatively close to the beach on one hand & in turn only about 800 metres in terms of walking distance, to the Trinity Beach Shopping Centre.

Great location and extremely clean and spacious

Good location, there is beach with net in front of the hotel, the only place where swimming is possible in marine stingers season. Kitchen is well prepared to prepare meals but there are many restaurants nearby too.

I’ve read the old reviews but since there is a new management it is absolutely excellent in service attitude helpful and friendly.

The hotel staff ware so friendly and helped us everything. We really enjoyed our stay thanks to them. And barbeque at the pool side was so nice!

The property was ideal for us as a family the rooms were lovely and spacious and clean and the kitchen was well stocked with items. The pool area was clean and tidy and we felt secure with the safety access in and out of the property.

Very friendly staff. We had an extra request regarding a parcel. We were able to ship to Amaroo without any problems. The location is very nice, right on the beach with a balcony overlooking the beach. If you wish, tours to the reef, for example, are also possible. The prices are without extra surcharge, just like the provider Reef Magic. We can highly recommend this.
