Great location, big room, I love the bed (not hard, big double bed). Breaktfast was simole but great!

We had a great stay! The place was very spacious and having our own fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary supplies made it feel like home. Everything was spotless and well looked after, and the beautiful garden was a real highlight. The owner was also very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Fantastic house in the woods with great terrace and front yard. Yet Leuven is very reachable by car or bike (a little hilly). Tina and Toon were wonderful hosts, who warmly welcomed us in their „Kokoon“. The house has everything you need, and the kitchen is very well equipped also for big home cooked meals. Outside terrace is great to enjoy the late summer sun, and the two swings were the cherry on the cake for our kids!

Excellent place to stay for more then a few days. The name of the appartement says it all: Luxury & Cozy!

Coffee and tea were provided, and we provided for our own breakfast. There was a nice little area to eat with tables and chairs. The location is close to the downtown area. Close enough to bike to, and bikes were provided. Location was central to the rest of Belgium.
