Comfortable room, beautiful area around!

It's a beautiful hotel. I was delighted by the wonderful breakfast and service at this nice hotel. It was a healing experience.

Location and flat is great! Totally recommend! Easy checkin process, can store luggage before/after check in which is great.

This was a gift to my parents who came to Belgium when my child was born. They thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The house itself is beautiful, with extraordinary details both inside the rooms and in the common areas. They enjoyed the quiet time they shared with the host while he painted in the garden and outsiders were not allowed in yet. The host was marvellous (we spoke on the phone, I can attest), he spoke to them in Spanish and shared some local knowledge, and made them a deluxe artisanal breakfast. It was truly special for them and I am very grateful that they got the gift they deserved thanks to the exceptional hospitality service the host provides. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to experience a bit of authentic local culture and get away from the rush tourism.

Location is exceptionally good, breakfast was splendid above all expectation in historical cosy living rooms.

Absolutely unique and incredibly beautiful place. During our stay we felt like at home. The personnel was so atentive. Such a rare experience to spend time in a location like this!

The place is very cozy and beautiful, amazing position and very comfortable bed and services. Amazing breakfast. Very tasty and plentiful breakfast. We really recommend it.

The property is brand new and recently open as B&B, where there are some small improvements such as adding some hangers for the clothes and such to which the owner is aware of. We were one of the first guest and it is very normal that some furniture was still on the way. It was anyway a perfect couple of days spent here and we were very surprised about the lovely and comfortable location with quiet mornings. The owner was very friendly, very warm and welcoming. If you immerge in a deeper conversation with the owner, you will find a lot of good recommendations and pieces of history of his family . It is a perfect get away from the city, immerse in the nature but still accessible to the nearest city and of course Brugge with car or with the nearby train station. An amazing concept was about the honesty bar which the guests can help themselves from the kitchen getting drinks and snacks and just declaring what they took. This allow a 24h service based on honesty.

The host met us at the property to welcome us and give us the keys. Lovely and friendly and spoke excellent English which helped us a lot. The house was stunning and we couldn’t have asked for more. Our daughter uses a wheelchair so having the downstairs bedroom shower etc was a fantastic bonus.

Great place to stay to visit Bruges, and also to have a great time with children! Fantastic hosts!

The area itself was a real surprise- very natural and wild, near to the canal. A top property with a friendly host. Conchita was amazing!

We stayed here for the purpose of visiting nearby Bruges but the town of Oostkamp is also beautiful. There are restaurants and bars near the apartment, and a bakery just across the street. There's a bus between Oostkamp and Bruges. It's a short trip and runs approximately each 30 minutes. We would certainly consider staying here next time we are visiting Belgium.

The host was very accommodating and couldn’t do enough for us, the house was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The sauna was lovely and the hot tub amazing. The location was great, a short train ride from central Bruges. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.
