Very nice hotel with quiet, clean, tidy rooms, friendly, helpful and polite staff. There is a spa center for relaxation. All these at a very reasonable price. I recommend it for vacations if you wish to take a break, run from the busy daily life and "recharge your batteries" 🙂

Beautiful house and grounds. Lovely small swimming pool. Younger staff are helpful and speak reasonable English. The rooms were clean and functional, but see comments about the bed.

Great hotel, room clean snd comfortable, pool was indoors and warm 29 C, private parking, close to the centre and our dog was welcome.

That was ok. The breakfast, spa and pool is ok.

3N restaurant was so clean, spacious and well organised. The menu was very rich. Staff was very friendly. SPA centre has various facilities and water was hot.

Everything, the breakfast was amazing, the balcony view was amazing, the room was beautiful.

By far the most spectacular feature about this place is the view from the upstairs terrace: mountains, both small & large, all around! Really amazing! There is a small shop just opposite the property with just about everything you need The older man in charge hardly speaks any English but he's very nice & helpful all the same!

Beautiful view. Friendly and helpful hosts. Authentic village, away from touristy part. Comfortable rooms and great shared kirchen.

We stayed there for 3 nights, from Saturday to Tuesday. It was good value for the money, and I would rate it 4/5 The facility is fresh and new, with a good location The food is homemade and fresh, and the guy working in the restaurant in the evenings was very polite The spa is clean, with separate zones for kids and a deeper area for adults 2 cats on the territory 🥰👍🏻

Great location, size of rooms and pool

Lovely place and location. Very beautiful house with a nice view over the city. I just rented a room with two beds and a bathroom, but that was all I needed. I very much enjoyed my stay. And the hostess was very kind and helpfull. The price was good. I would stay there again.

Има обществен лесно достъпен паркинг. Собствениците Юри и Недка са невероятно мили хора, любезни, откликват на всички записвания. Wi-Fi е с оптимална скорост. За наша приятна изненада имахме приготвена закуска с месни продукти , според нашите предпочитания, със сладки разговори със собствениците. Също така бяхме насочени към всички локални забележителности и еко пътеки. Горещо препоръчваме за всички гости, които искат да почиват в Девин.

We were warmly welcomed by Chrisi, our host. She made us feeling at home from the first moment! Chrisi surprised us with a fantastic banitsa, sparkling wine, sweets, fruits and aromatic candles. The apartment is freshly renovated, with new furniture, confortable beds. It provides airconditioners and flat screen TVs. Wi fi is accessible in the whole property and is free of charge. The citchen is fully equiped. Chrisi is client oriented, friendly and hepful host. She opened her hearth to us and arranged additional services we asked for: delishious New Year' Eve dinner; fresh food for the whole stay, home made confiture, transport; small folklor performance. Thank you, Chrisi!
