The hotel is very good: swimming pool, SPA. Staff was nice. Great food. I left before breakfast last day, they made for me something to eat, thank you 😊.

Had a nice stay very clean and comfortable hotel. Spa and pool clean & good. Breakfast was one of the best we've had in bulgaria will use again.

The staff was great. They are allways eager to help and they made me enjoy my stay. The food is great at the buffet cantina. There is a HERO in the background at the buffet who is cookcing awsome food. I booked with breackfest included but then I decided to go each nigh and talke my dinner at the hotel buffet since there is nothing in Bansko that can beat what they provide. And the price is perfect.

Stunning views, modern and comfortable room with AC. Breakfast had many options and was tasty. The spa area is great to relax after hiking day.

Great staff. Very welcoming and friendly and accommodating. Making sure all guests are taken care of and all requests are fulfilled in a timely manner - including the sales/reservation representative. Clean facility, food in the restaurant was fresh and tasty. The SPA was clean and very up to date!

The hotel is located in a very nice place near the central promenade. It has its own parking lot, which I really liked, because you don't have to worry about your car while you're on vacation. Special praise for the food and the hotel's own transport to the gondola and great respect for the driver who is above all a great man!

Our stay was great and the host replied to our request very fast. We could even have a later checkout to make it more convenient for us to finish our skiing on our last day

Perfect little place very clean

The location of the apartment is excellent. Right in the old town and right near the markets. This is an old place and has plenty of charm and history to enjoy. The WiFi was ok and there was plenty of hot water. When we stayed there weren’t lots of tourists and we managed to find parking close to the apartment. Breakfast was included in our accom and it was enough for us.

Very clean and spacious! Very good location, safe parking ,right in the centre, plenty places to eat around.

We had a lovely stay at Irena’s guesthouse and truly felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The service was excellent throughout our visit. The restaurant was also a wonderful part of the experience and the food was incredibly delicious. Thank you for the warm hospitality, we would happily stay here again.

A warm and cosy room, right in the city center, but very quiet, the host was nice and welcoming. We also recommend to try the restaurant on the 1st floor :)

The hotel is extremely cozy and stylish, with an authentic alpine atmosphere. The location is perfect, right in the center of Bansko, within walking distance of everything. The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean, warm, and comfortable. We truly felt welcome during our stay.

Ivan was a great host. The hotel is approximately 15 minutes from the gondola. The rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend Hotel Alpin.
