⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect winter stay in Bansko The rooms were warm, spacious, and very clean, which is exactly what you want. The beds were comfortable, and the mountain views made the experience even more special. The spa area was a big highlight — relaxing sauna and pool. What really stood out was the staff: friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They made us feel truly welcome from the first moment. Overall, this hotel offers great comfort, excellent service, and fantastic value for money. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bansko in winter.

Modern, very-well-equipped room with lovely view. In a quiet location in the town, but walking distance from the old town. Great communication with the hosts, who were also helpful in finding transport information and storing luggage. I would definitely repeat here, great value for money!

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Heating is fully adjustable to suit your needs. There is floor heating an AC. Room is reasonably quiet. Owner of the place could not be better, always available to answer questions. Parking is available almost always around the building for free, and you have private parking if you don't find one.
