The hotel offers its guests a variety of services and amenities necessary for a fulfilling vacation. We had great stay there, family with two boys(10 and 5). The hotel is clean, warm, there are fun things for the kids, the pool was clean and warm. The breakfast was excellent. All the staff was so polite and willing to help. The food in the reatorant (a la carte) was great. The bartender in the lobby bar was very friendly. It looks like they care for everything in a very professional way and nothing is left on improvisation. 10 / 10 for sure!!!

Wonderful hotel , helpful staff and very clean , super location close to everything and the breakfast is very good with a wide range on offer . I asked for my favourite poached eggs and it wasn’t a problem to deliver . The beds are really comfortable also and the leisure centre/ spa is great

Since we are vegetarians, we enjoyed a varied evening menu at the hotel restaurant, I recommend the pastas and salads. The portions are large and the prices are definitely good. The hotel has another luxury restaurant next door, the ''Leonardo''. If you have a fireplace in your room, don't miss having it lit by the hotel, it's an unforgettable experience of the smell of good wood and amazing warmth in the room - for those who come during the snow season.
