The beds were comfortable, and the mountain views made the experience even more special. The spa area was a big highlight — relaxing sauna and pool. What really stood out was the staff: friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They made us feel truly welcome from the first moment. Overall, this hotel offers great comfort, excellent service, and fantastic value for money. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bansko in winter.

The hotel was clean. The pool and and the spa was perfect. Breakfast was superb. The hotel has also three restaurants althpugh little bit pricy taste and quality was very good. The staff was kimd and helpful. My 6 year old kid had a good time there.
