It provided a great opportunity to meet new people and exchange experiences or ideas on places to visit. The accommodation offered Wi-Fi and showers. I highly recommend it to others!

We were three adult and it was very difficult to accommodate in one room. The management was very co operative and they allocated additional room. I really extremely thank full to Storm Mountain Resort.

The log cabins were just as they appeared in all the photos and our cabin was very cosy. Well located between Banff and Lake Louise. We had a car so it was easy to drive north or south. The view of Castle Mountain is magnificent but the chalets are close to the railway line. We were not the closest cabin but could still hear the trains at night. Would absolutely stay here again, ear plugs are left on the bedside table!

Our favourite accommodation on our big Canadian Road trip. Absolutely beautiful lodges, with parking just outside of them. Restaurant and cafe on site which is a bonus. Rooms are well equipped with fridges and coffee machines. Staff were so friendly and helpful on the front desk, will definitely be returning in future :) Thank you for having us!

The whole experience was wonderful, we had a scenic walk to the falls just outside of our accommodation. Staff were so helpful, especially the waiting staff in the restaurant. It’s a great base to view the lakes. Everything was perfect.

Nice and cozy place. Very peaceful and away from the crowds. Not too many people stay in the hostel at once, so it felt like a family. (There is one male and one female dorm)
Installations were very clean and organized. The hostel manager was nice and friendly.

The host was very nervous as she has had a visit from a management and chased us from the accomodation on the dot of the checkout also treating us like school children checking how clean we leave the bunks and cleaning facilities. Felt stressed and did not manage even finish the breakfast before our next leg of our journey.

Location was perfect - easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go, and the shop and gas station on site was really handy! The facilities were unexpectedly good in the chalet, we really enjoyed the stay!

We loved the friendly, communal vibes. It was super clean and the host was friendly and helpful. The fire was a lovely touch and the kitchen had everything we needed including free tea and coffee! Would definitely stay again.

Staff was amazing and we also met the Operations Manager and he treated us well and made special accommodations to make our stay satisfactory. The restaurant served quality food that we enjoyed three times.
