Staff were lovely & helpful. The hotel & rooms were beautiful. Rooms were clean, good size, comfy beds & pillows. Close to everything. The bathroom had plenty of space & heated floors. I would not stay anywhere else if I'm in Vancouver again. Highly recommend staying here.

We loved how close it was to our concert venue. Staff were amazing and the room had a great view and comfortable beds. We will definitely be back!

Location was very convenient and close to cruise terminal. Staff was excellent and they accommodated us earlier after our long flight.

Housekeeping was fast & efficient. they gave me alot of water. Frontdesk was very helpful & friendly. the lady help me arrange a free shuttle to the convention centre. frontdesk also help settle an error in my booking for my 5days stay, they were fast to identify it & help refund me & rebook it without any issues..i was so grateful they are so kind, flexible & easy going. Nice Manager and All Staff are Great

Hi Vancouver Downtown has become one of my go-to hostels in Vancouver. It's in a fantastic location close to any and all amenities, bus routes, and the sky train lines. The staff are always friendly and happy to help. The rooftop garden is always a nice spot to take a moment in (even when there's a slight drizzle). Recently the hostel also started having breakfast options out for guests and that looked like quite the hit. In terms of dorms, the 4-bed rooms are cosy, the outlet panel above the beds are super handy, and out of all the places I've stayed I'd have to say this one has the best blankets on the beds.

I liked the end bed, lower bunk with no one above me with sheets and towels and I liked the tv room. Helpful people on desk

The staff is really helpfull and friendly. You're in a perfect location to get food, drinks and do some shopping. It's close to the steamclock and the seabus to north Vancouver.

It was soo clean great space & everything was just fabulous.very modern apartment & wouldnt find nicer .

UBC campus is a great option to visit Vancouver. Easy access to downtown, lots of options for food and great vibe! Big and clean room :)

Excellent location: right in the heart of Vancouver, super close to great restaurants and nice shops. The room was comfortable and spacious, with impeccable cleanliness and furniture. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel is beautiful and the attached restaurant provided great food and service. Hotel staff were accommodating and the whole place had a refined atmosphere.

The service from all staff was exceptional — warm, friendly, and so welcoming. I really loved how spacious my room was, and the bed was sleeping on a fluffy cloud. There were plenty of amenities at the hotel, on the residence side, and the restaurant was fabulous. The neighbourhood was wonderful - lots to eat and drink, and it was central to everything Downtown (with Burrard Station just a short walk towards the water… but the city itself is entirely walkable in any direction). If you’d like to use the laundry facilities, make sure you have $2 coins available otherwise you can withdraw cash or break notes in the hotel convenience store :)

Great location and loved having a balcony to sit on and watch the activity of the harbour. Slightly dated but really well equipped with everything in the kitchen you need to self cater. Really lovely, helpful staff 😀

This is my favorite hotel in Vancouver. It is at downtown and very near of everything! Capilano or Whistler shuttles are in front of the it's door! The hotel staff are always available and very kind! I've used to stay here when I was flight attendant for Mexicana Airlines and I remember this hotel as one of my favorite ones. I returned after 14 years and was pleasantly surprised to find that it is still excellent! Beds are wonderful!
