I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Hotel Zeit & Traum, and I must say, it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. I've stayed in hotels across nearly 40 countries, and this one easily ranks in my top three. The hotel itself is immaculately clean and beautifully designed, but what truly sets it apart is the breathtaking view overlooking the lake—simply stunning. While the location itself may not be the most central, the incredible view more than makes up for it. You truly feel like you're in a tranquil, scenic paradise. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. Their genuine smiles, constant attentiveness, and eagerness to help made our experience unforgettable. A standout feature was the ever-present snacks and fruits, which were promptly refilled whenever they ran out. The attention to detail and level of care was remarkable. This level of customer service is hard to come by these days, and Hotel Zeit & Traum delivered it in spades. In short, this hotel combines a fantastic view with world-class service. If you're looking for a place that feels like home, with a view that takes your breath away, and staff that treats you like family, Hotel Zeit & Traum is the place to be.

This was one of the best properties I have stayed in. It’s spacious plus the view from balcony to Bernese oberland mountains is just stunning. Small details in apartment like cd player, egg holder, couch throw were amazing and made us feel home. This property is part of Dorint hotel group in Beatenberg. This is 20-25 mins bus ride away from Interlaken west bus station. Beatenberg doesn’t have too many restaurants or grocery store so better buy them in interlaken itself. This is good for quaint stay.

Never underestimate the difference your accommodation choice can make. Very welcoming and supportive staff. Luma, Anette and Abhi made this trip unforgettable. Thank you. I felt at home. Luma thank you for encouraging me to drive in the snow I wouldn't have done it without you, Abi you're simply the best Chef. Anette you are too friendly to be true. I will always carry you all in my memory. Hotel is spacious and warm, you won't feel cold. It has a lift which is very handy. Impressive view. If the view is important to you staying a bit further is necessary. Good quality towels and bed sheets. Free parking. The food is fresh and very well prepared. You don't need to go anywhere to get a nice meal. It is a smoking and alcohol free Hotel. And I support that. Thank you so much. I feel recharged.

I'm not a fan of hostels, but when travelling to Switzerland you don't get much choice with the high prices. The rooms and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Big size lockers available on the rooms, secured with a card key so you don't have to worry about bringing your own lock. Location is great, near both train stations in Interlaken, plus the hostel gives you a free bus ticket to reach the accomodation.

The lovliest couple on earth - thank you Linda and Dani for being so kind and helpful. Also funny! The views from the accomodation are fantastic and we highly recommend! They knew it was our honeymoon and put out lovely suprises on our bed which was very sweet! A lovely, rustic place to stay and lovely people! Parking was handy and breakfast was nice.

Location was perfect, having a fantastic view of Interlaken, with only 15 minutes drive away from the city centre. The hosts Dani and Linda made us feel at home and also provided several recommendations on what to do and where to go during the stay. Breakfast was also very good and filling. In general the place is very clean and well kept. Also made friends with Erik (the hosts’ cat) who is very friendly and came to greet us as soon as we checked in.

Very nice stay for my husband and I. The view from our room was exceptionnal !!! The chairs on the balcony with plaids and candle-light, a lot of small details to create a very well-being atmosphere ! The balcony restaurant for breakfast and dinner is extremely comfortable and the cooking was great!! A fantastic stay and thank you very much to all the team for your kindness 🙂

This accommodation is very special, the hosts Dani and Linda made us feel welcomed. We stayed for 3 nights, and we were unlucky with the weather, unexpected heavy snow in April but Dani went above and beyond to give us recommendations of places to visit & good restaurants and also cleaned the snow on our car! The room is very clean and has beautiful mountain view. Breakfast is pretty good, and we got to meet Heidi that made it more special. We did not have any issue finding this accommodation. We enjoyed our stay, and highly recommend!
