Very clean and quiet and great location for the small town

The hotel and room were very clean and had all the amenities we required. The restaurant food was excellent - the fondue especially! The hotel is very close to all the museums and challet. I would like to mention how great the staff were. They were very attentive and made sure our stay was comfortable.

Nice rooms in the centre of old town, friendly hosts and overall unproblematic stay.

The view from balcony was amazing. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and dinner at restaurant is made from local ingredients.

Very good Hotel. Clean, comfortable, quiet rooms, the breakfast was very good, there is a large selection, there is also gluten-free bread. The staff is kind and helpful. The tunnel to the thermal bath is cool. The thermal is very good, big, not so crowded. There are many places for excursions around the hotel. The town has its own tele cabin to the mountain with a nice view. So absolutely recommended, we will return.

In addition of the great location to enjoy Gruyère area, the apartment is clean and comfortable. Elio is reachable, the indications of the guide are very well done. For a family of four, everything perfect.

The rooms were large and equipped with the basics. The location in the middle of Gruyeres is ideal. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and accommodating and made us feel very welcome.

Great location, awesomely clean. Room size was OK, extremely clean which I appreciate after 8 hs drive. Having a kettle was useful. Location was right downtime and very nice indeed. It was possible to park on the street which was convenient. I would definitely return!

We loved this property! Clean, comfy bed, well equipped kitchen and lovely owner, so close to the castle! Bus from railway station to the old town is a short distance, runs frequently and waits at the station. Beautiful views of a gorgeous area.

Many positive things: the receptionist gave us a very warm welcome, we received free tickets for the Thermal Bath of Charmey, free parking in the property, a welcome package with 2 mineral water bottles and 2 chocolates, kettle, coffee, tea and sugar. The room was sparkling new and the location is quiet. This hotel is highly recommended.
