The hotel room and location were perfect. The two ladies at the front desk were so very helpful and kind to us. We ate dinner at the restaurant twice and both meals were exceptional. Breakfast was also very good. I can’t say enough about how all the staff were so genuinely friendly and welcoming. It was also nice to have use of laundry facilities after being on the road for a couple of weeks. Thank you again.

A serene place, scenic valley with mountain views all around, motorable until the house with ample free parking space. Train station Gstaad is 1.1 km. 2 clean and comfortable bedrooms with adequate kitchen facilities, private bathroom. Small beautiful garden with green valley views with yellow flowers through the windows. 5-10 min drive to DDLJ spots in Saanen (4 km). 5-10 min drive to Indian restaurant and Panaromic View train stations. One can also get a direct bus to cable car spot at Glacier 3000 (Les Diablerets) from the same station. Early morning walk with sunrise view, chirping of birds and continuous tinkling of cow bells in background. Very friendly hosts who took care of all needs and explained the facilities well. Also gave us idea about surrounding tourist places. Worth mentioning cute pets (a dog and a cat) who welcomed us and accompanied during walks as if they know us from ages :) Overall wonderful stay.

The B&B is a fantastic place to stay—spotlessly clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The host is incredibly warm and welcoming, making everyone feel right at home. Both the room and the shared bathroom were impeccably clean, and since there are only a few rooms, we never had to wait or deal with any inconvenience. Breakfast was a wonderful bonus, especially the delicious local products, which I absolutely loved. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Such a lovely apartment. Very clean and modern with everything we needed. Perfect having a fridge, oven and cook top. Owner were lovely and let us use their washing machine which we are very grateful for after hiking in the rain! There are a number of drinks and snacks available to purchase outside the apartment door. Although we didn’t use anything I thought it was a lovely idea. Comfy beds! Our favourite place to stay so far:)

Staff were amazing and so friendly. Breakfast and eating area was so cozy and friendly each morning with newspapers there. It’s very close to Alpine Express train stop (but you don’t hear or see it). If you want a hotel with an alive and cozy “vibe” to stay in during the ski season, this is it.

The food was amazing, amount and quality was simply outsanding! the pools and spa are also very cool! atmosphere in the hotel is super relaxing and had a luxury feel. There is a very nice walk near the hotel with stunning views, I highly recommend it! I believe the management team does an amazing job. The hotel is very well run. I highly recommend the stay.

- staff is amazing (literally everyone) - Irini went above and beyond to help with any requests I would have, her manager also helped me with hiking options according to my level and abilities, they facilitated an earlier checkin and managed to allow a bit more time for checkout despite a busy weekend. Thank you for everything! - location is incredible - 1 min from the station, on the Promenade - room was perfect and bigger than expected (usually smaller in mountains’ hotels, not the case there)

The hotel was a cozy little hotel with excellent staff. A very traditional swiss chalet with wooden structure and large balconies. We stayed at a 4 bed room and was expecting a large room with 4 bed crammed in all the spaces. However to our pleasant surprise it was actually 2 separate rooms with 2 separate toilets. The rooms was very very spacious. The best was the staff. One particular staff member, Liza, was the warmest host I have met in a long time. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We wanted to have dinner outside and, although the dinner was set only inside, she went out of her way to set up a table for us outside and brought all the food there. And at all times she was smiling and talking and joking with us. All of the staff were very helpful and kind. The location was just a short but very scenic walk from gstaad main station. So the location was very ideal as well.
